Subject: [PATCH] Fix delete button not refreshing UI after deletion

- Remove router.push() logic that was preventing refresh
- Always call router.refresh() after successful deletion
- Reset state before refresh to clear 'Deleting...' text
- Item now disappears immediately after deletion
