Paul Bailey cc01e9adc8 feat: improve camera permission handling for QR scanner

- Add pre-check for camera devices to trigger permission prompt
- Add helpful info message explaining camera permission requirement
- Implement fallback to try default camera if facingMode constraint fails
- Better error messages for different camera access scenarios
- Log errors to console for debugging
- Handle NotAllowedError, NotFoundError, NotReadableError, OverconstrainedError

Litter Scouts

Crowdsourced environmental monitoring web application for Irish coastal areas.

Currently, two official plugins are available:

@vitejs/plugin-react uses Babel (or oxc when used in rolldown-vite) for Fast Refresh
@vitejs/plugin-react-swc uses SWC for Fast Refresh

React Compiler

The React Compiler is not enabled on this template because of its impact on dev & build performances. To add it, see this documentation.

Expanding the ESLint configuration
